Short version: your vote is anonymous.

Your email only gets used for what you asked for. We never sell or rent it.

When you pick a side

We record the question, your side, a random ID stored in your browser so you can change your vote later, and where you came from (for example, a LinkedIn post). No name, no email, no IP address. We only ever show percentages, never who voted.

When you give us your email

You get one welcome note, then the results when the episode drops and new episodes after that. If you tell us what you do, it helps us understand who's listening. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works in one click. You can also reply to any email or write to podcast@dentistrydisputed.com.

When you tick a sponsor box

If you ask Dentele Group or AiroDental to reach out, we send that sponsor your name, email, role and practice, plus the fact that you asked. Nothing goes to a sponsor unless you tick that box, and they never get your vote history.

Guests

If you apply to be a guest or pick a recording time, we use what you send to plan the episode, book it and introduce you on air. If you suggest a question and leave your email, we use it to thank you and to credit you if it becomes an episode.
